Rates do not include taxes (19% VAT), which do not apply to non-resident foreigners who pay in US$, either in cash,with credit cards or traveler cheques.(this exemption also applies to purchases made at the hotel restaurant, and therefore, it is always more economical to have your meals at the hotel).
